In questa domenica, la 20° dopo la Pentecoste, si svolge la funzione religiosa dedicata al VII concilio dei Padri.
Con questo concilio viene approvata, e ne rammendiamo tutt'ora, l'importanza delle Sante Icone.

The honor given to the image transferred to the person it represents, and whoever adores the image, those who worship in the substance of it is played.
